What Makes It Different:

I blend holistic nutrition, naturopathic principles, and a deep understanding of mental health to create an approach that nourishes not just the body, but the mind and soul. As a Certified Mental Health Nutrition Coach (CMNCS) and a Certified Naturopathic Practitioner, I use evidence-based nutrition to support emotional balance, hormone health, and cognitive function.

A Personal Perspective:

Over the past year, I have experienced firsthand the transformative power of food. I found myself drawn toward a more intuitive way of eating—one that was about nourishment rather than restriction. My diet naturally shifted to 90% plant-based and primarily raw foods, and the changes I felt, inside and out, were undeniable. I had more clarity, energy, and emotional balance than ever before.

This experience led me to study nutrition through a clinical lens, diving deep into the connection between what we consume and how we feel. My training, combined with my background in holistic mental health, allows me to guide others through their own awakening with food—helping them make choices that feel aligned, nourishing, and deeply supportive.​

  2. Holistic Nutrition through a Naturopathic Lens – Taking a preventative approach, we identify any nutritional imbalances and provide whole-food solutions to support gut health, hormonal balance, and emotional well-being.
